Recipe: Cannabis-Infused Gin and Tonic


  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz cannabis-infused tonic water
  • 1 oz regular tonic water
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish
  • Ice


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, cannabis-infused tonic water, regular tonic water, and lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the cocktail shaker for about 15 seconds to mix the ingredients and chill the drink.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Note: To make cannabis-infused tonic water, you'll need to decarboxylate your cannabis (heating it to activate the psychoactive compounds) and then simmer it in water and sugar for about an hour. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and use it in place of regular tonic water in your cocktail recipe. The potency of your cannabis-infused tonic water will depend on the amount and strength of the cannabis you use.
