Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

You are not a citizen or resident of the United States of America or any other country other than Canada.

You are not affiliated in any way with any law enforcement, Canada Crown Attorney, or any other governing official related on non-related to the government of Canada, you are NOT permitted to use the site.

All deliveries must be to a Canadian address.

To buy any of the products sold on alcannabis.ca you must be at least 19 years old.

Replacement Policy

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, or if you have received a defective product and are in need of a replacement, please email our customer support department within 30 days of placing your order, and we will be happy to help you.

The Alchemist assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:

  • Mistakes made by the postal offices.
  • Wrong address given by the customer.
  • Damage to order by postal service.
  • Expired PO BOX numbers.
  • Lost/stolen packages after delivery.
  • Packages repeatedly delivered to known high-theft addresses or pick-up locations.
